My Thoughts on Zombaio?
1st off My heart goes out to all the merchant who have not gotten paid, I remember last year when I was in this position as an account manager with GTBill when they had compliance issues.
I remember to this day how much heat we got on the message boards. I do have to say that the COO at GTbill was honest and told the truth that it was a compliance issue, not a payout problem or some other issue. Not only was I on the message boards trying to help the situation, but the CEO and Scott GTBills marketing guy. In the end GTBill is still in business and paid out all merchants owed money.
I think Zombaio is having trouble with their current bank, this is why you see the rate increase and new reserve. They are more then likely adding new bank.. who knows.
Bottom line is I am sure you will get paid? they are just delayed at the moment with whatever it is they are delayed with? they should just come clean with it.
This is a serious matter and I hope it gets resolved and I am sorry this happened.
