which video site can my model Jewel upload videos that contain nudity and then embed them in her members blog?

oh, and what's the best wordpress video plugin for uploading videos in various formats, encoding into an FLV or MP4 and embedding into a blog post?

I recently started using Hana FLV Player in WordPress (tried another couple first which didn't work out)

Youtube sure offers an embedding option, however it's not an adult site. Good luck finding an adult video site that offers embedding.

and it automatically creates the still shot? can you pick out a frame for that? and it only works with FlowPlayer?

I created the still shot for that one, though I seem to remember that before I started doing that it automatically created one. Here's the link and what is says regarding Flowplayer etc

Now you can easily embed the FLV Flash videos in your WordPress Blog. I have packaged the three FLV Flash player - OS FLV , FlowPlayer both v2 and v3, and FLV Player Maxi. So you can use them freely without worries even for the commercial purpose unlike the JW player.

so it doesn't allow you to upload say a .mov file through the WP admin and transcode to an FLV. you have to upload an FLV to your server it looks like.

Most my videos are in avi or wmv and I have to wait a minute or two to convert them, not too bad, but it would be better if I didn't have to do that
