I did it, I bought a shake weight, let the redicule begin!
I saw one of those things on TV and thought 'Huh, I wonder if it would work?' So I ordered one and it arrived a few days ago. I tore open the box and looked at it quizzically. I could not find out how to turn the thing on or even where the batteries go....
turns out the shake in the shake weight comes from the user convulsively shaking the piss out of this thing, I mean I have to actually WORK WTF!!??
after using it several times I will say there are two things I discovered;
1) you look like a complete idiot using one... seriously and if you are fat... things that should not jiggle WILL jiggle. I think my ankles undulated
2) it works if done properly. You grab this thing and make a lot of very fast short jerks with it and it has an almost immediate effect on your arms.
It looks stupid but works, I would actually recommend it
as long as you're alone

Seems like you found Arnold's secret.
Screw nutrition and hard work.

those are for single women only, women with bf's can just jerk them off and achieve the same effect , single men can just use their built in shake weight.

Really? Because Arnold didn't take any chemicals. Hell, he was big before anyone knew what steroids were, or new studies on nutrition. I'd take him over any of the new bodybuilders any day. Also, the shake weight goes against all logic of physiology in terms of muscle gain and fat loss.. But good luck:)

How about the quote from his book that says "Dianabol. The breakfast of champions."
