Paxum Question:
 
I'm at the verify bank account stage where i need to put in the test amount paxum debited from my bank, so on the paxum page it asks for the amount, then below that it asks for a code...

3 emails sent to Paxum today and no response so does anyone know what or where the code is on the transaction?

What is shown on your bank statement?
Is there a code or a few numbers, other than the amount?

there were a few sets of numbers which i tried, no luck

I know Ruth is gone to Internext. Not sure about Vlad, but you can always email [email protected] and you should get a reply.

Most people who use such services do so out of necessity (ie. funds transfer in their native country is difficult and/or seeking to avoid taxation) and hence will tolerate poor service.

As for the OP's question ... not sure the answer, but some possibilities:

* Is the transaction shown as "Settled" or "Pending" ... or to put it another way, did the transaction just show up today or was it there for a couple days?... If it's less than 2 days old, wait another day or two and see if the code later appears.

* Have you tried clicking on "View Details" (or something like that) ... the code might be buried in there.

yep its settled and i clicked on details and all that shite...not in there

you will find the code on your bank statement once the test ACH deposit shows on your account. If your bank does not display it leave it empty or enter NA

it was easier than that because the next time i checked the code box wasn't there!

I am checking their fees and don't get it - is it totally free (as mopposed to epass 5$/year) to use them (if you don't order 44.95$ plastic thing) ? Or something is hidden here?

Yepp, support has been awfully slow, to not say non existent since about Thursday/Friday. Issues that theur support told me they were going to come back to me with has taken what, four or five days now and still no response.

Gotta say to Paxum's credit they got back to me and the issue has been solved.
Considering Internext and all things were done in a timely manner.

It would be good if all details were answered in the FAQ, that would expedite things greatly.

If you chose no to get the card you will not have any yearly fee.

I hope so. my bank shows that verification deducted amount cleared on the 6th and another transfer I did cleared Jan 7th, neither is showing in my paxum account still.
