Need to speak with that person as I have been unable to get very far on a DMCA issue with the minions.

If you're going through a ticket, tell them to pass it up the chain to a supervisor. I've had to do that as well.

I think the owner's name is Brent or Brad. It used to say on their sales pages, under the support section something along the lines of:
"if you ever have problems with support, ask that your ticket get assigned to Brent (or possibly Brad) and he will personally give you the VIP treatment you deserve."

So ask to please be escalated to him.

EDIT: Yes, it's Brent, see here that sometimes domains are registered in his name:

You know its kind of funny when I have talked with the owners of other hosting companies they sure as HELL were interested.

Hosting a domain that steals content can cause some real issues for the host.

maybe try theplanet since they provide hostgator with the bandwidth, always can go one higher up, and if no answer go right to the source whos providing the fiber

I dont know how they are as a host and dont really care. But I know how things have been ref a DMCA and its sad, and for sure will make me stay away when I need another virtual spot for blogs. Thanks again Fris. and everyone else.
