Why are Nasty Dollar sites always down ?
 

Is it just me? Every time i try to check a site,its always down and my stats remote always shows a red dot most of the time.

why would you promote them?

They arent down, and why wouldnt you promote them.

I have that problem with Program 3 every morning, but not ND.

Because they send checks.

And you don't have to "check" to see if you got the check.

It's just you. I have had good luck with them.

Apache restarts everytime they get a new visitor.
They only get 3-4 clicks a day and they're doing this to keep the servers electricity bill down.
