1st)i would take if off the join page - as others said it's distracting from clicking the join button.
2nd)i would make it 3 mins max and make some of the more lengthy "lingering shots" shorter.
3rd)i would reverse order of edits and have most or all of the cumshots at the end. start with the foreplay-masturbation clips, go to the sex-oral sex clips, then to the cumshots. last 30 seconds a succession of the best money shots...

on edit- and make those money shots even shorter for more tease factor.

Maybe make a photo slider in the join page to highlight the benefits of joining that specific paysite combined with some photo shots

-- too much, wrong page.

-- shorten it to max 1 or 2 "shots" per featured site, take it easy with the dicks / cumshots

-- less is more, less "shots" per site, less hardcore, let them pay for the[ir] "moneyshot"

-- move the video to the frontpage in between the top and bottom row of the site "badges"

-- lose the large facebook ad on the frontpage, you want to funnel traffic from facebook TO your site, not the other way around - they don't need your traffic that bad.
You can add that into the Members area for member updates / reminders / interaction or just keep a LIKE button - less is more.

-- make the video the center of attention, make it short, sweet and near climax get them to the Joinpage ASAP, make the joinprocess as simple and painless as you can.

I's too much of one thing at the start, change the clips to show variety.

I was sexually attracted to this clip for about 2:30 minutes. So in my opinion it should be a bit shorter.
And there are way too many cumshots in it for a join page. Personally I´m more aroused when those cumshots are missing. Of course I can´t tell what your surfers think about it.
