Credit cards, all my Id , Passport, etc. Spent half the afternoon trying to prove who the fuck I am. Very frustrating experience ! "Yes we like to help you", do you have any ID??:feels-hot

Jesus fucking Christ - you canceled the credit cards already. i only bought $5000 worth of stuff before they shut them down.

Next time I'll have to work faster........ well at least I can pawn the passport and other id for a few bucks....

i'll bet the passport deal will be a harsh experience nowadays with all the scrutiny because of the terrorists getting in using fakes.

It was not as bad as I tought , how ever now the RCMP is doing a secondary check, etc. and the new one will have a notation in it that the previous one was stolen, leading to further scrutiny every time I use it !:feels-hot

It is a pain and is difficult if you are doing it on holiday. But I always follow the rule that will say carry as little as you need.

If I don't need it then I leave it at home. It work. I go to the shopping later, all I take is car key, house key, and payment card. Things such as my bank card, watch, phone, etc will stay at home. For me I've never had anything stolen. So it is more of a lost problem (I always lose things).

when i went travelling through Asia last year I made sure I had photocopies of my passport in two separate places and also emailed to a hotmail account all my credit card, travellers cheque...info just in case. Just an important tip in case anyone is travelling far soon.
