Are there something going on with them?
I noticed my invoices are not sent to me automatically in the last couple of months and a request ticket for a new server is still unanswered after 2 days. |

Im noticing the same too. They are a soild host. Really like them. They changed some of the support software system it seems over there last month. New looking interface. Maybe that has something to do with it. I have yet to get my invoice too but the technical support is still very fast I had them do some things and get a very fast response.
I know the same owners and tech guys are still there. But I also noticed the guy doing the billing is a new name so must be a new guys there. |
Now that you mention it I still havent received the invoice for this month either.

You can see the invoice in the new admin, but we haven't gottten it on email as before either. Their support is still great, last tickets I have sent was resolved within 30 minuttes.
