I didnt realize that if I have the Thesis developer's license that I could install it for other people and charge for it. I guess that was $164 well spent. I only got it to be unlimited on installs for my own domains.

At this point, you can give it away if you want. After the GPL fiasco with WP and DIY Themes...they premium fee is pretty much only for access to the support and downloads.

Once you've done that, you can do whatever you want with it :winkwink:
