Newbie does not have any money. He can't buy content.

Newbie uses the free content. The Free content from the sponsor is hardcore.

Newbie gets his galleries rejected everywhere because that free hardcore content has been overused

Newbie buys hardcore content

Newbie commits suicide and/or start submitting galleries with 100 hardcore pictures and one link to a sponsor that does not exist.

Because 99.9% of the adult webmasters make more by posting hardcore on free sites. Sure if you want to look out for the whole industry then you should stop posting hardcore but if you put yourself #1 then it's just stupid if you don't know how to pitch softcore.

Funny, I remember wayz backz whenz had one of those first little totally free sites and not even hardcore, just mild ass bikini shots and man oh man the traffic that thing got rocked and rolled.

Remember getting e-mails from guys saying hey can you please post more free pics this is really cool not having to pay anything to see lots of babes.

To make money we put up a phone number they had to call to get a password for more pics. Just a regular phone number, not 900 or anything. Simple.. sponsors should not supply them with free, hardcore content. Girls undestand this..... Guys wanna be teased.. If you show the whole "package" there is nothing left to dream about. You need to make them pay to play. Guys will follow like little puppy dogs if the "tease" is laid out there.

Got a story to relate on newbies.
I'm in a position to review newbie sites before they submit them to link lists.
One newbie gave me his first site and I nearly fell out of my chair. He had used all sponsor content. The content zip file had contained 90 pictures.
So in his free site, he used ALL 90 pictures - including, of course, the hardcore that the sponsor so stupidly gives away.
When I asked him why he did it, he told me that he read the terms of using the free pics and from the wording, it made it sound like he *had* to use *all* of the pics in the set.

He actually was *trying* to make a good site and follow the rules set forth by the sponsor.

I went on a rant about this on Serge's board a few days ago. If the sponsors didn't give away the hardcore, the webmaster would put a higher value on it. EVERYONE should pay to see hardcore, even the webmasters themselves. If the webmasters had to pay the content providers for sets with hardcore in them, you'd best believe they'd put more of a value on them. But since it's given to them, it's like the sponsor is saying "it's okay to give these out for free". It devalues the pictures, it devalues the sponsor's paysite... and then the sponsor has the gall to turn around and whine about how much harder they have to work and how conversions aren't what they used to be 4 years ago.
