ZOMBAIO - Who is using them ?
 

Zombaio....

Can you please tell me if you using them. I have got really bad experience so far with their installation team. They say they cant install bcz i am using advance authentication system which i am not. Simple .htaccess and .htpasswd controlled by sentry... simple is that. Now they saying is you want to use us install yourself using our API.

There is not much info in API and following API docs also no luck. Need to know if any of you using them how you install the their setup.

Also tell me good to use them or leave them ?

I have been using them a few years now. No major complaints. I would recommend them.

They have been working great for me, had a couple issues installing their stuff, but they helped out on the live chat. Since then, not a worry

using sentry as well, and do not recall them having any trouble installing user management with the sentry setup.

Please tell me how to install them bcz they say they cant.... looking for help please!

I use Zombaio with no problems.

But I don't use a subdomain for my members area.

I use Zombaio with Phantom Frog as my security setup... and I haven't had any issues.

I had a minor problem with installation, for some reason I was getting an internal server error. I just had to change a few things from world writable, (chmod 777) to 755. Other than that I never had an issue, not sure about the sub-domain though, I just use a /members directory.

Same here on my dedicated server, but Bill from PhantomFrog figured out how to integrate Zombaio's API into his script and tested it to make sure it worked.

Bill did my Zombaio install too.

No offense to billing support but all billing programs we have worked with do not have very good installers. They always tell the customer there is something wring with the cgi bin. Then I upload a test script and they finally fix whatever they did wrong.

It's been like this for a decade :(

I don't think they realize the odds of a cgi-bin breaking are about 1-10,000
