i may be missing something, but why 'designing' an iframe is different from any other design? it's just a piece of page embedded elsewhere...

My knowledge if iframes is very limited, we need someone whose built them

Depending on your goal

You are probably better off with an Ajax injection

if it's just an iframe, there is no specific coding needed. Just do your page in html or php or whatever and embed it into an iframe. and you are done...
