Question for Twitter geeks...
 

I used to have my band page linked to my twitter page...

It link up automatically using www.facebook.com/twitter/

But now I made a separate page for my band:
http://twitter.com/#!/dickdband

So I unlinked the personal and tried to link up my band.

Are there any twitter nerds out there that can help me? It must be something simple but I'm miffed.

How do you link a damn facebook page to a twitter account so the twitter follower get all of your FB posts?

If it's for the band you might want to look more towards a WordPress post aggregator, that pushes your wp posts out to twitter, facebook, myspace, linkedin, digg, etc.

My advice? Break up that band...

Wouldn't you then have to make all your facebook posts 140 characters or less in order for the twitter follower to read them?:upsidedow

Unlink the page from the previous twitter account (www.facebook.com/twitter/) and then relink it to the new account.

Or use Ping.fm

In order for twitter to get FB updates you have to make what twitter calls a 'connection'. search for 'connect twitter to facebook'. i can't recall all the steps but we have it set up already, but i remember the setting up part is on the twitter end.

and for the reverse (going twitter -> facebook) you'll need a facebook app. there are several but the one i use is called Selective Tweets. as you could guess, it lets you choose which of your tweets can become your FB status... but that one doesn't really work for pages, only personal accounts.

Nah. The FB to Twitter truncates them for you. It's pretty cool actually.

Twitpro work great for this... updates FB with your twitter post....
