Dealing with people like this can be so frustrating! Why does it seem that so many people these days have absolutely no social skills whatsoever? I understand not everyone is technically savvy however at the same time I'm assuming if this guy didn't have any idea how his car functions he still wouldn't take it into a mechanic, toss the guy the keys, say what's up, car not working, just bought, not happy, please fix, and then turn around and walk out the door without offering any sort of information that would allow the mechanic to trouble-shoot the issue.

I wouldn't expect to receive customer support from any company if I corresponded with them in the manner which a lot of these clowns do! I'm not even going to get into the whole "no subject line, greeting, etc" issue. Thoughts?
