There are a handful of providers that will send you the voice mail message as an mp3 file if that's what you're looking for.

Did you want voice to text or just a message sent to your email as an mp3? If it's the later then you can get a vbuzzer number which does that.

You can port numbers to Google Voice now. I wonder if this goes for 800 type numbers as well. If that was the case, that suggestion would work even nicer.

I have been using http://grasshopper.com/ for a couple of years. I love the fact that I am emailed voice mails and I can open them on my BB.
