Fishing out content thieves at this point. But when I catch them and block them, they reregister the very next day with a new stolen card. CCBill does virtually nothing to protect from cc fraud. Looking for someone who has solutions for this.

Knowing ccbill for years, I think they are doing everything in their power to stop that
