Godaddy accepts it, but lots of online stores refuse it cuz

Well i had same problem but with payoneer card,and it worked with paxum card.

Unlike epassporte who used to issue Visa virtual card ( only for online use and not a physical card ) do u offer something similar only for online use and not ATM
