How do I create FHG galleries for my future pay sites?

You would want to hire a designer to build them if you don't know how to do it. Then load them with content and offer them to your affiliates.

Yes, just hire a cheap (but good) designer to knock you up some galleries mirroring your paysite's design and lay-out. Get them to do a few different templates for you and then you can either add the content to the templates yourself or pay the designer a bit extra on an ongoing basis to add the content for you.
Work out in advance whether you want picture galleries, movie galleries or hybrid (movie AND picture) galleries. If you are going to be sending them to TGP owners you should also bear in mind that some of them have certain criteria you have to meet (number of thumbs on a page, size of thumbs, what format the video should be in, etc . .) so do your research on this before you commission the designer - although if he (or she, Zuzana - :winkwink:) is any good they will be able to advise you on these areas anyway. :thumbsup
