I am looking to sell 50 of my Webcam models that have applied in the past week. I will include contact telephone numbers for the ones that listed them. I have not set these models up yet so they are just waiting for a reply via email telling what their next step is.

I am looking to sell these for $50 each.

Or a discounted package of $2,000 for the bulk of them.

This is a great opportunity to earn a steady income from these models.

I also have around 75 agent's that have applied if your looking for steady recruiters to earn off of.

What for are you posting in [WTS] threads asking sellers to mail you info about what they are selling if you say that you need urgent money for a surgery?

Because I thought of it as a good investment. I asked about a porn tube site that is going for cheap. My sales are usually high value ones. I can buy or sale whatever I want. Please stop harassing me.

I just proved my point. You're not interested and are just posting snide remarks so that is SPAM. They are simply applying to become a webcam model and I am giving the buyer the information so that they can get them signed up under them. Just because it is not a "usual" sell does not mean I am doing anything wrong. Nearly all the threads here are selling personal information in one way or the other so go leave your remarks somewhere else.

What you are doing is most certainly illegal. These models have entered a legally binding contract with yourself indicating you would not sell their information.

Also considering how many models you claim to have compared to your sales report $50 seems like a huge joke. You get only a few models who work anyway.

Regarding your 2257 statement my releases along with many others contain authorisation to release models information to licensees. It is share with authorization.

I may be new round here but I sure as hell know a potential lawsuit when I see one.

Actually they not entered into a contract. They have simply applied to become a webcam model. They have not signed their 2257 statement yet, or any other contracts.

$50 is nothing for a model. These are all high-quality models who have expressed great interest in working.

By accepting their applications you are entering into an agreement with these people, your terms as set out beforehand which includes a statement saying their information would remain confidential.

What you are doing is certainly a criminal offence here in Europe and would be surprised if it is any less legal in the USA.

When models sign releases, it clearly states that they do not own the content, that it can be used for whatever the producer chooses to do with it, when they sign up with your recruiting site , it says nothing of the sort.
