Incorporating

I was looking to incorporate in order to provide myself with better personal legal protection before launching my porn site. The site will be utilizing content from sponsors and uploading (I am not doing any producing of my own content). However, upon researching I cannot find information as to which state (or possibly an international country) would be the best to incorporate under for the porn site industry. Thanks for any insight you can provide!

so you are building an affiliate site and setting up a corporation so it's not linked to your name like a dba would be. not sure how much legal protection you'd have just having a corporation, as they don't provide much shelter (IF something legal was to happen).

most people incorporate in delaware or nevada but not because it's better for a specific industry...there is no state that is better then another really, producing content maybe- but not as a basic corporate entity that is setup as a marketing company (adult or not)

It makes very little difference... with most States it depends on where you live, not where the Company is. If your State makes you taxes either way, you might as well incorp in your State, otherwise Nevada or Delaware for a slight tax benefit or if later you plan hiding part of your assets .. otherwise, save the money and just do it where you live.
