I am trying to get back in the biz and have all my shit set up - all I need to do is redevelop old sites and build a few new ones.

I had to hit the boards for updated info on a few things that I missed.

2 days later I am posting like a mother fucker and have not done a bloody thing.

here is an exercise that will help you...

NEVER tell anyone what you are going to do... do not do this. Only tell people what you have done after you have actually done it.

When you tell people what you plan to do you get the same feedback high that you would have got if you actually did it... which you probably wont do now.

So only post when you have something positive to say... you'll be richer and more productive. And you'll get the kudos that you deserve.
