Unable to rebill -> anyone see a huge increase?!

Was just looking over the various zombaio stats and noticed a huge percentage of "unable to rebill" messages. Anyone else notice this?

My thoughts are, that it has to do with $1 trials. They get a prepaid thingie card, and after the trial the card is empty.

Any of you program owners noticed the same thing?

Do you not cascade?

Holiday cards are maxed out...Set a retry limit that goes over a month.

It starts about this time every year & this is the time of year VISA likes to kill cards or give credit limits.

Funny, I was just noticing a significant number of $1 trials unable to upgrade to full cause of bank denials, even lowering the rebills to a $5.84 retention price was still rejected. Was about to call up my gateway to see what the hell was going on.

Many of the bank cards changed their rebill policies last year. It's nothing new.

However, as Doc said, around this time of year you also get a lot of declines because people have maxed out their cards. I have had some people actually get mad because their cards will not re-bill. But it's on their bank's end, not the processors.
