Anybody else have a check bounce?

not good....once a great program, now just struggling to stay alive

fucking shit. I knew it. I saw it coming last year. they can't send a wire (come on), now this? ok...

Dropped them couple of years ago...

They missed one of my cheques a month or so ago, but I emailed them and they had a replacement out to me within a week.

It kinda seems like the cheques are coming slower though. Hopefully there are no problems.

Never had one of their cheques bounce.

One check missing here too, issued 27th December, just E-mailed them, hope it will all resolved.

If anybody is having issues with payments, contact me directly and we will take care of it immediately. If I don't respond on ICQ then just email me. I check my e-mails about 50 times a day. :)

if NA goes down, thats when i'm getting out the biz

Hopefully they can get things back on track and resolve this. I'm willing to give them some leeway given their longstanding excellent payment record. Like you I think it is a very bad omen if NA goes down. :(

One thing I notice is that no one is hiding on ICQ. Justin is there. That's a good sign. Usually in my experience when a company doesn't want to pay they will go to ninja mode on ICQ and they won't post here.

I'm almost always online one way or another. No need to panic everybody. :) If anything, you guys should be pushing us even harder! It's going to be a big year for NA.

There are two of us here 5 days a week 8 hours a day, and then 24/7 via email/mobile. Here as in NA offices, not GFY, so please just shoot an email/icq etc.. and we are on it.

NA is expanding and we have tons of excellent projects in the works.

it has been my experience that NA has some of the best support in the business. Accidents happen. One missed check doesn't mean these guys are in trouble. They must spend more on fresh content every month than half the affiliate programs payout to webmasters. Ask them for a temporary pass the members area is really one of the nicest I have ever seen.

Having a office for affiliate support sounds like a big expense. An office for anything that can be handle with a computer, Internet access and low human interaction is a waste.
