I guess they are already getting these, but they have been talking about it for years, it basically shoots around corners, they can't hide. This will be a powerful tool for our military and I hope it helps in bringing them home sooner because of it.

Does it shoot round corners or does the round explode when it reaches the corner?

Not exactly a good looking weapon... but if it gets the job done good for us.

Both actually, if someone is hiding around a corner, you can't shoot him with a bullet, this can both penetrate a wall then explode or explode next to the corner the VICTUM is hiding around and explode, so yes, around corners.

I read an article about this gun during it's design stage in Popular Mechanics several years ago.

I think it's sexy, with the magazine in the back, that puts the projectile closer to your shoulder, less kick. Looks all sealed up, less sand getting in.

That one was on the first ghost recon on the 360 already. If an enemy is behind a rock, target the rock to set the distance and then move forward a few feet and shoot over the top of the rock. Boom, dead enemy. :1orglaugh:thumbsup

Pretty amazing technology. The rail guns they are testing for the new generation destroyers etc are pretty crazy too!

Its a programmable round. so it can be set to explode 3 feet after the face of the wall killing anyone within 3 feet of the back side of the wall.

I dont trust any rifle that doesnt have the option of a iron site. In the field everything with a battery breaks down right when you need it the most.

Figure it out already, they're not coming home. Maybe for a couple months leave during rotation, but that's it. Do you really expect an announcement from the White House in the future, saying the "war on terror" has been won, and we can now bring our troops home? Not gonna happen.

The entire US economy and infrastructure depends on this "war on terror" continuing. It's a never-ending war, and that's what they want / need, so get used to it.

Want to know the saddest thing about Obama's presidency? It's now blaringly apparent to everyone in the world that who the US president is doesn't matter in the slightest. It's all smoke & mirrors bullshit, and the US will stay on the same course, regardless of who resides in the White House.

We all already knew this, but Obama's presidency made it blaringly obvious. If there was someone who was going to invoke real change within the US, it would have been him. However, he turned out to be another typical dumbass president, the same as the rest of them over the last several decades, and the others that will become president in the coming decades.

The path of the US is already determined. Elections don't matter.
