Paxum Reps??
 

So we're looking to finally get started with Paxum but I'd like to know which rep you guys work with there and recommend we speak with directly. Seems like I've seen a few threads about non-favorable customer service reps so I'd just like to make sure we get a competent one.

I don't remember ever seeing any threads about bad reps from Paxum.

There's me, Chris, Mark and Ruth. I haven't heard any complaints when it comes to either one of us.

Ruth helped me a lot and reply fast enough.

I buzz Al and he is quite helpful but I am sure all of them are good

Ruth set us up, walked me through our first transaction (which I still managed to screw up) and has answered every question I had both on ICQ and email in a timely manner.

This isn't to say the other Paxum reps are any less service oriented, I just never have had a reason to go to anyone else.

I think your confusing Paxum with Payoneer. Paxum seems to be very responsive, Payoneer not so much.
