i never thought about what animals humans had as pets pre-dog but this one makes sense.

Notice it's all theory but considering they found graves with both the human and animal remains in several locations it's viable.

I read Dawkins 'The Greatest Show On Earth', one of the examples he gave of evolution was a guy in Russia domesticating foxes by breeding... the guy selected the most friendly foxes and breed them. with each other... like 20 generations later he had 'domestic foxes' HOWEVER the foxes has lost the pointed ears, the furry tail and coloring to look like beagles, yet were 100% fox genetically.

so anything next ot human gets shity habitts :)

Isn't a fox basically a canine, making it a dog? What's the big discovery?
