They aren't a good live act. Also I think the NFL were way off the mark picking them for the halftime show. Artist and art direction really didn't mesh well. I wonder how many "What the fuck?"s were said during their performance.

I missed the national anthem snafu and the halftime snafu by watching those segments in the little picture in picture.

Did you know that this year they snuck a football game into the show? Was pretty good.

I was busy watching Puppy Bowl VII and missed (I guess I didn't really MISS anything) the whole calamity...the pitbull puppy was the cutest of the bunch....and don't even get me started on the kitty halftime show...I'm sure it was 10 times more entertaining than the crap football fans had to endure...

Rob and Fab had zero talent besides dancing and the real singers were ugly as hell - thats why Rob and Fab were hired.

The crowed might have heard it right and everyone heard the issues of technical difficulties. Dont know for sure.


And as for them yelling versus singing is due to the fact that they cannot hear themselves sing and they have to get used to the sound of the monitors in one ear, the roar of the crowd and the delayed music the crowd hears also in their other ear 4 seconds later.


In short, it would have sounded better lip sinked versus live. This was live. The issues that i saw showed it.

I have worked on countless live stage shows and know how difficult, something that size is too pull off. I liked it and i respect how hard is to do right. Keep in mind that stadium had about 80,000 people versus the regular live show venues that hold 7k to 15k people. The larger the size the greater the difficulty it is to pull off.:2 cents:

I couldn't agree more. That truly was terrible. I mean, the entire thing blew, but that part was exceptionally bad. She completely butchered a classic song. If I were Axl Rose I'd be kicking my TV in.
