what bitrate do you consider HD. most sponsors stream at 1500 even at 720P I'm not sure I can call that real HD

AT LAST someone talks about the bitrate.

If it was true HD it would not play on anyones computer.

If it is Blu Ray quality at 25,000 bits it would not play on most peoples computer and would take hours to download.

We encode our films at 2,000 k approx and some are larger that SD but I would not call them HD.
