Anybody can recommend a good Plug in to stop SPAM comments on my wordPress blogs?

akismet is only i found good... + in admin i set only prev. app. poster can post commetn again

Yes, spam is well annoying

If you make sure comments can't include links, including the link that is used on the commenters name, then spammers usually have no reason to bother you.

I hate it too...

askimet as mentioned before is the best!

akismet is working best for me for all my websites.. You can try it.. I know its previously suggested but i can asure you as im using it for my all wordpress websites with excellent results..

how do you do that?

Open the comments.php template and remove the link from the author name... you can also go into the admin, Settings > Discussion then under Comment Blacklist add http and http://

Yep, i also recommend Akismet.
