GEO trager banner script?

Hey, does anyone know some good ad/banner scripts that allow geo targeting? This would be a script I would use a on free site (tube/tgp) I get a fair amount of non-english traffic and would like to better target my ads for those surfers.

Also something that takes limited server resources as the site(s) are higher traffic.
