sex.com seems like one of the most valuable.

I have been after a 3 letter domain for a few years now, the current owner just has some random bullshit text on it and refuses to entertain any offers to sell.

News.com would be my choice

I hear ya there. Either they don't want to sell or they want to hold out for some huge conglomerate to pay them millions. Very few times have I reached out to buy a domain and spoken with someone who has a grip on reality.
