Is it normal for one testicle to be smaller than the other?
 

I was doing a testicular exam in the shower this morning and my left nut feels smaller than my right one...

My Doc is on vacation so I wont b able to see him till Mon...

Anybody else have a smaller nut?'

Yes. It's perfectly normal for a man to have one testicle smaller than the other... Actually, one hand, one foot, etc is pretty much always smaller than the other, however the differences are often such small margins it's not noticed. Lots of women have two different size breasts too.

i've heard of this syndrome before, its called "dominant nut syndrome" or dns strangely enough. basically one testicle "absorbs" the other testicle until you are left with one rather large nut.

Sounds like you aren't masturbating an even number of times. You gotta bust 2 nuts a day, otherwise if you beat off an odd number of times you always have one nut more full then the other, thus appearing larger.
