"Outsourced" tech support
 

Driving me f'n crazy.

tech support in general is headache if you need to call for help, always is.

I called Sony repair yesterday. The obviously outsourced tech tried walking me through removing the battery of my video camera, letting the camera "drain power" for 2 minutes, then putting the battery back in and seeing if that fixed the MECHANICAL issue the tape door was having.

I've been dealing with Amazon support for two weeks, trying to get a new product added. I tell them the problem, they give me the same response, every frickin' time.

Dealing with a new host. IP is not pointing to proper directory. I explain this. Same response each time.

Need to pull out someone's hair.

Just called LG's repair service.... and had a nonoutsourced, very helpful lady on the phone (with a very sexy voice)....
