I got a surprise phone call
 

...from a person that has owed me $15,000 dollars for years. He wired me a payment this morning and stated that I would receive a monthly payment from here on out. I had written it off in my mind...and have not even heard from him in a couple of years.

He had a major problem with alcohol and drugs...but sounds as if he has cleaned his act up during the past few years. :thumbsup to him.
