So who has their 2010 taxes done ?
 

Took a month but mine are finally done. I am so fucking burned out, even though I have a accountant I still gotta enter every single fucking line item.

I had my appointment on Monday. I have an accountant, but I take in such a complete package that she pretty much fills in the blanks and that is it. I could just use Turbo Tax, but I like knowing that she will deal with the IRS if I get audited.

I'm sorted.

I hear you, I do the same thing. Matching up every transaction to a reciept is the biggest pain of all. I'm training my daughter to do the record keeping from now on.

going for the extension and paying quarterlies just like I did all 2010... i keep my books up as I go with QB, then just give the guy a printout..... no big deal... I did send out all the 1099's last month tho...

Every year, I tell myself that I am going to keep everything all nice and organized on a monthly basis and not get behind on my bookkeeping.

Every year, I experience major fail in that department, and end up spending a miserable week or two doing everything that I should have done all year long.

You think I would learn.

I need to add up all my receipts and categorize em then make that call n get it set up ;/

over here, we still got more than 3 months to do that...

anyway, that's my accountant's job...

in PL we pay taxes every month. It's alot nicer getting a few k assfucking every month then a gangbang at the end of the year. Also keeps you more organized. I have an accountant I pay $100/mo for that organizes all my shit and goes argues with the tax authority on my behalf. The local tax authority people don't know their own laws though...I had an audit a couple of weeks ago and we had to inform them that the the USA was not part of the European Union (they tried to tell me that US customers of mine must pay VAT)
