Great tool to find QUESTIONABLE backlinks

all adult links are seen as questionable by that tool.

It checks/appraises for link source quality instead of making content judgments.

I'm not hating on your post.. But those neighborhood check tools are crap. On and off blacklist style stuff is like 1990s thinking.

There's no way these checker tools have the resources or funding necessary to be accurate to any degree.
