Took awhile to load then on login I get:

paxum not loading for me :S

used my card earlier at godaddy, worked fine

We are not going anywhere. We are experiencing a DDoS attack and we are trying to get it resolved asap.

All card function is fine

As posted in another thread here on GFY earlier....

After investigation it has become clear that our primary website Paxum.com is currently experiencing a large malicious DDOS attack. All Paxum server technicians and administrators are currently working hard and fast to solve the issue.

This malicious DDOS server attack is isolated to the Paxum.com website and does not affect the integrity or security of Paxum Prepaid Mastercards and Paxum ewallet accounts.

All Paxum Prepaid Mastercards and accounts remain fully functional.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we shut down this malicious DDOS attack against our website. Please rest assured that your account security is not in jeopardy and remains our top priority.

The Paxum Inc legal team will be pursuing all legal avenues available to identify and prosecute all perpetrators of this heinous action.

Thanks for the response. I didn't stress about epass having problems thinking things would work out - cost me 20k. So when I see Paxum having issues, just not ready to make the same mistake. Hope you guys get it worked out!

There are technology and competence you can deploy to fend off this, but it will cost you. I am sure you guys are on it already.

Yes I lost a couple grand of funds, and much more in lost monthly billings .... I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER ... but I NEVER keep any more in any account then I am prepared to lose.

hm i must say right now is paxum not fully working, at least i cannot transfer money from paxum to my paxum card, anyone else please? lets hope to get this solved asap :thumbsup

your server should not show those errors which provide useful info for someone looking to do you harm.
Get your server admins to block those and put a custom error page in place.

Everything is up and running - some slow spots still but our techs have pretty much stopped the DDoS attack. We are watching it close to make sure it doesnt go down again.

Also if you happen to be using Google DNS or some other dns that has long cache times switch to opendns or your isp's dns server

You shouldn't even make comments like that because EVERYONE is fine and not going anywhere until they are suddenly gone with everyone's money. And it always starts with small issues and reps saying nothing is wrong.

Better to just leave it at, "We are experiencing a DDoS attack." Because if they do fold one of these days and you're left holding your dick, you don't want to be "the guy" who helped them fuck everyone.
