Isn't that called being an affiliate? Why would they sell to you for a guaranteed CPA when they can send direct to the sponsor for the same money, possibly even more? Maybe you left out some details or I am misunderstanding, if so my apologies.

We have plenty of great gay traffic, but unfortunately we don't operate on a CPA basis.

you can't get CPA even in mainstream networks without first running up a $xx,xxx bill in CPM or CPC form, so you can prove whatever you're advertising converts.
