I'm sure you heard it all but drink water, take vitamins, get outside, and try to do normal stuff. Laying in bed will just make it worst.

Flu jabs are your friend. Not had flu for years.

Most people I know who take the flu jab go down with almost immediately haven't receiving it

I was fucked with the flu over the Christmas period.

Took weeks to get over it. Had no energy to do anything, was being sick constantly, and just wanted to curl up and die basically.

Hope i never get it like that again in my life...
