dealing with an unresponsive affiliate manager?

Before I signed up she told me direct deposit was available, and I emailed her asking how to set that up and then I was told it wasn't an option. Checks are fine, so it's not a big deal. But I chose revshare instead of PPS, and now I'm finding out that my sales have to be manually added up every month for the recurring commissions and frankly I don't trust her to do that. She's only responded to half of my emails asking about this issue, and she's ignored the rest of them.

I'm not looking to cause any waves or get her in trouble, but I'd like to not have to worry about payments and dealing with this in the future. Although she did CC her bosses on her last email to me. I've only been with this company for 2 weeks and only have a couple of sales. Do I ask for my sales to be converted over to PPS and paid out? I have a feeling it's going to be a headache dealing with this every month.

Any advice?

This is a mainstream company BTW and not an adult company.

If it's not a big deal, keep on keepin' on.

If it is, pull your links/creatives and choose their competitor as a replacement.

From my experiences, Azoogle has the best aff reps in mainstream.. and hottest :thumbsup

it's not a big deal right now, just kind of concerning. I really like the company and this is the first negative I've experienced and I think it's limited to the one person.

Never really dealt with this before so I was just looking for some guidance I guess. Didn't really feel right going over her head and going to her boss, and I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble either. I think I'll try emailing someone and seeing if I can get moved to another affiliate manager.

Any other advice is appreciated :)

I've already received a response to my email, and it sounds like everything will work out :thumbsup
