Best place to refer webcam models?

What site/program is the best place to refer webcam models? especially for long term.

I was thinking of using Sexier because the percentage is nice, and as far as I know is ongoing. not one where it starts at like 30%, then goes to 15% after 3 months, then continues dropping until it pretty much wasn't worth signing someone up to that program.

Any suggestions welcome!

Onhercam has a referral program thru their affiliate program. The reason I picked them is because I wanted the best software and they have it. I can get thru to their programmer or Abbie or Dwreck any time I need to. I have Briana going thru there and we are doing a live porn scene next week. The key is that they will work with me. I also refered a hot asian chick, she's in my avatar and I get I think 10% on what she makes and I don't have to do anything.
