Paypal for Paysite Subscriptions?

With cc fraud growing, webmasters are looking for other ways to safely charge customers.
So how about Paypal? Their AUP doesn't directly forbid it.

Doesn't forbid what? Paypal has forbid adult in their subscription services for years.

Don't you think that if it was allowed you'd have seen plenty of people using them?

i think their tos was updated to allow adult subscriptions.

If it was, are you going to trust them not to change their minds again and keep your money?

this is a risky business. And you never know when Epoch will change their mind and decide to bill you for chargebacks

i trust pp for paying me from cams etc...
but i dont trust them for my recurring billing...

their terms were not updated for subscriptions, however they do say you can sell adult hard goods that are shipped (dvds, etc etc)

but NO electronic downloads or such

Adult is not supported with Paypal

If they find they will FREEZE your a/c

Can anyone show me in their Acceptable Use Policy the ban against adult subscriptons? I do not see anything about adult products or subscriptions listed anywhere like it used to be.
