Uh oh... is it yours? I wouldn't like to hurt your feelings but I'm kinda disappointed. I was expecting something huge and epic, more like Google, Facebook, Godaddy, GFY, AdultFriendFinder etc.

Yeah, this is the success story for sure but somehow I have no sympathy for Mark Zuckerberg and his doings, even more, he's naturally pissing me off, maybe that's because of the resemblance to someone I knew in the very remote past ...anyway, Facebook wasn't a huge deal of effort, it was more like stroke of luck and good marketing. I like more stories about genius, fortitude and longanimity, that's more kind of something for which I may have respect...

Ok. boys, girls and trannies, I was hoping to see some nice underrated and less known examples of web industry success in order to make inspirational and motivational thread. But this thread has failed, as there are too many trolls among us. What a pity. Maybe next time.

How do you measure success?
I've feel i've been a success when it comes to the things i've done online.

I'm 26 years now now. I've been with the same company going on 8 years. I've never known any work other than the internet.

I own my own home. I own my own car thats i got a few months ago that Ive paid off. My taxes are up to date. I've got a savings account and I love life :)

That's a success for sure! :thumbsup

Though, I was thinking more towards some successful online project... a website or strictly online product...
