How hard would it be to start a billing company like Paypal ect..
With all these billing issues I wonder how hard it would be to start a global billing company like paypal or epassport.

I was thinking of making one. I talked to a cc processing company, here in Australia - they were cheap and seemed pretty good to deal with.
Not sure about getting cards n stuff tho that might be a bit more work. |
Best to leave these complex financial matters to penis pill companies

Since there is not ONE single 'quality' service in existence in the world, and never really has been, I'd have to say it's not to easy.
|
setting one up would not be that hard.
getting people to use it would be. |
To setup a ePassporte clone with Choice Bank and a decent programmer, but to do it like Paypal or Netteller and become an official financial institution, so that people's money is protected by law, etc. is a whole different story.
Also getting people to use and trust your system is not that easy unless you have a lot of contacts or are backed up by some big names in the industry you plan to use it for. Here you can get started: http://www.choicebankltd.com/card/cobrand.php That's what Paxum, RedPass and Payoneer use |

to do it legally not easy at all, it's not like you signup for some account with a bank, hire a programmer and are ready to roll...
you have to jump through ton of hoops to make it legit... |
