Experiences with Sedo.com?

Does anyone here have any experiences with Sedo.com? I inquired about a domain that was for sale a few weeks ago. A few days later the domain went into an auction that lasted for 7 days. After a bidding war with another bidder, I won the domain. Shortly afterwards, I received an invoice to pay, which I did.

Now the status shows as: Seller instructed to push domain to Sedo account - We have requested that the seller push the domain into our account at his registrar, eNom Inc.. Once the domain is in our account, you will receive further information about the next steps.

Problem is, it's been like this for well over a week. I've sent a half dozen messages to Sedo asking about the status and haven't received a single reply. I've already paid, and I'm getting the feeling I'm not gonna receive this domain...

Anyone?

If the owner doesn't push the domain, you will get your money back.

I've bought and sold domains through them, and they are 100% solid. It happens sometimes that if you buy a domain the owner suddenly doesn't want to get rid of it anymore. But in that case you will always get your money back. So nothing to worry about.

Do you know how long that normally takes? I'd much rather have the domain, that's for sure...

Contact Sedo and inquire about it (go through live chat). Like Konda said sometimes you get a seller that decides not to sell which really sucks! The good thing is that your money is safe. Good luck!
