Hiring Philipino for Grunt Work
 

I'm looking for an English speaking Philipino well versed in HTML/CSS with some graphical skills for grunt labor.

You won't be designing sites, but will be working with galleries, blogs, tube site content, fixing HTML issues, broken links and other things that might come up over time.
