CCBILLs interface, slow as fuck?
 

Am I the only one experiencing this the last couple of days - especially today

Switch to classic view you should be ok. That's what I did.

It actually looks like its that liveperson.net plugin they're using which drags the whole sites performance down.. the thing is, when you include anything on your site using <SCRIPT SRC="http:://www.anyexternalsite"> your site will become just as slow as their site because the script wont execute untill this script has been downloaded from the external server..

I am 100% unable to load CCBILL stats right now - because their script is hanging on this liveperson.net include

note: this is a completely separate system from our affiliate software or billing pages so the issue only affects the admin portal and your ability to run reports.

i don't think it's liveperson, i use it on my stuff and my sites are operating fine

also i chatted using ccbill's liverperson when logged into my ccbill admin to ask them why their site was half working, so i doubt that's the problem

I blame your dutch Internets

It's always been fucking slow as molasses for me. Don't count on anything changing anytime soon.

yeah they are very slow at admin interface .

We believe the issue has been resolved now. We had a Javascript problem that was causing problems across a lot of non-IE browsers.
