Must have a track record of successful affiliate recruitment with proof of performance

Skills
* Must be absolutely trustworthy
* Respects confidentiality of individual affiliates and their strategies
* Able to make persuasive connections with people via email
* Able to support various KINDS of affiliates: Chat Sales, arbitragers, SEO people, owners of email lists, Web 2.0 / social media people, bloggers, publicists, banner ad people, guys who make YouTube videos etc.

Responsibilities:
* Contacts existing affiliates to find out what they need and how we can support them better
* Takes copy, content and concepts from our own testing, ads and experiments and distributes it to affiliates
* Gets our links and content embedded in other peoples? websites
* Finds high profile AFFILIATES
* Prioritizes activities according to productivity and potential productivity of affiliates
* Able to write decent sales copy

Compensation:
* 40% of what affiliates make, currently affiliates make 50% recurring on sales.
* You will be an independent contractor, not an employee (i.e. this is not a ?job? and it?s not for someone with an employee mentality, it?s a position for an entrepreneur who can get the job done)

Just looked at the site... you have a lot of Asian girls on there. Nice. You thought about different tours for different races?

I'm thinking some might be confused by the compensation or misreading it. I'm not an affiliate rep or in the market to be one but I have to admit it seems somewhat ambiguous. Maybe it's just that I don't know what is customary. Anyway it might help to clarify. And if you can't get any bites consider offering a minimum per month to start. I would think it's harder to be a rep for a single niche site than it would be for a multi-niche network. There's only so much smoking traffic out there which probably limits volume to some degree.

BTW, what's the url to your affiliate program? I took a glance at the site real quick and I must have missed it. I have some traffic which is under performing elsewhere and would like to possibly give it a shot.

I've decided to call it 2nd Tier Affiliates instead of affiliate managers. Also you'd make the same percentage on recurring memberships also.
