They are thick rubber with several plys. Definitely not as light as you might think. I wouldn't want to make an estimate either, because (as was mentioned) they are an awkward thing to lift. Cameron Diaz is a pretty tall chick, thats got to be about 48" rubber. Best I could find on Google was 35" x 11" tires getting around 140lbs. If you forced me to take a guess I'd say that tire is up over a couple hundred pounds easily. It's definitely going to be a good shot thicker than your average 35" tire. Pretty impressive for a chick...

I asked the Google how much a truck tire weighs and it hooked me up with this info:
